The tuna steak was so tender that i didnt need a knife. The service was excellent, but the food lacked flavor so pack some seasoning. There's a special place in my heart for dive bars, and TriBeCa Tavern is surely not exempt. I ordered the pan seared salmon and what I got was far from being worthy of $18. Sorry, I do not understand why this restaurant has anything over a 4 star rating. !More, We had a mid-sized group and a reservation. Some of the plates were cold. Everything is really good. We love this place but this time the burgers and sandwiches were cold and soggy really a typical.
