David Billingham, our Camp Director, has worked at the Southampton Fresh Air Home since 1994, first as a counselor, then assistant director, and camp director since 2000. It is not affiliated with the Fresh Air Fund, which operates summer camps and sends underprivileged city children to spend time with host families in the summer.
