Hi, I’m Jessica LaCour, Broker and Owner of 411 Properties, and I’m proud to lead Northeast Wyoming’s most marketing-driven real-estate team. Real estate isn’t just my career — it’s my obsession. I eat, breathe, and live it every single day, from helping clients buy and sell to flipping properties and managing active projects across Gillette and the surrounding areas.
My mornings start early — lifting heavy at 4:00 a.m. before diving into a full day of negotiations, marketing, and client strategy. That same discipline and drive I bring to the gym fuels my work as a top-producing broker.

I believe success is built through consistency, grit, and continuous learning — and I’m constantly studying new marketing techniques, digital strategies, and innovative ways to get my clients results that exceed expectations.

Outside of real estate, I’m married to my soulmate Blaine Sumner, the world’s strongest powerlifter, and I’m the proudest mom to my son, Sgt Dillon Bannister, who serves in the U.S. Army — his dedication and service inspire me daily. Wyoming is, and always will be, home — and I’m passionate about helping others build their lives, dreams, and legacies right here in this incredible state.

Hi, I’m Jaime Keuck, a proud member of the 411 Properties team.
